+ I can’t find my ticket—what should I do?
Search your email inbox for “Humanitix” and check your spam or junk folders. If you still can’t locate your ticket, contact us at events@casablancaevents.com.au for assistance.
+ Are tickets personalised?
Yes, all tickets are nominative. You must assign each ticket to the attendee’s full name. This can be done through the “Manage My Ticket” section on Humanitix.
+ How can I get to and from the venue?

We recommend using public transportation, rideshare services, or carpooling.
Specific directions and transportation options will be provided closer to the event date on our website and social media platforms.
Cockatoo Island ( Sydney )
Boats to the island will depart every hour from 11:40 AM to 2:40 PM. Return trips will begin from 10:30 PM, following the conclusion of the event.
Please ensure you book your boat cruise in advance to guarantee your spot.
Note: We cannot be held responsible for missed entry due to unbooked cruises.
+ Can I leave and re-enter the festival?
No, re-entry is not permitted. Once you exit the festival grounds, you will not be allowed to re-enter.
+ Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?
Absolutely. The venue is equipped with accessible facilities, including designated viewing areas, restrooms, and entry points. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs.
+ Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for:
* A small snack (e.g., a sandwich or piece of fruit)
* A sealed plastic water bottle up to 600ml.
Note: Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are strictly prohibited.
+ What items are prohibited at the festival?
For everyone’s safety, the following items are not allowed:
* Fireworks, flares, or explosives.
* Weapons or items resembling weapons.
* Skateboards, scooters, or similar devices.
* Professional recording equipment.
* Large backpacks or bags.
* Any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by security staff.
All attendees will undergo security checks upon entry.

Yes, a variety of Latin-American cuisine vendors will be on-site, offering options including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals. Beverages, including non-alcoholic and alcoholic options, will also be available.

The festival operates on a cashless system. Credit and debit cards are accepted.
+ Are minors allowed to attend the festival?
No, the event is strictly for attendees aged 18 and over. Valid photo identification will be required for entry.
